Change in Primary Driver Process:

When a vehicle gets reassigned to a new driver, please fill out the form below. Also, if there are cascading vehicles, please make sure to note where those are going as well. If a vehicle is getting bought or sold – the correct asset addition/disposal form must be filled out before the vehicle is bought or sold.
