Pat Joyce
Chief Executive Officer
Pat Joyce leads the organization's strategic direction and operational execution. Pat has spent over 25 years in pork industry services, finance, and production—building a career focused on strategy development, values-driven leadership, and building strong teams.

Roberto Eizmendi
President
Roberto oversees operations and execution across the system. With 10 years of experience in pork production and 34 years in animal agriculture, Roberto calls upon a broad perspective shaped by his background in both the beef and pork industries. -

Jeff Hardie
Chief Financial Officer
Jeff oversees financial strategy, risk management, capital planning, and human resources. Jeff joined Passel Farms in May 2025 to share over two decades of financial leadership experience in animal agriculture with Passel Farms. His previous roles included CFO at Feed Energy, Fremont Farms (Iowa's largest commercial egg producer), and Hy-Line North America and Hy-Line International, a leader in the global poultry business. -

Dennis Kollasch
Vice President of Livestock Production
Dennis leads all aspects of live production operations and assets, and uses over 30 years of experience working in and developing production systems that align genetics, performance, and marketing to lead and develop production personnel and teams. Included in his duties are contract grower relationships, production performance, and day-to-day execution of animal care across the system. -

Mike Wisnieski
Vice President of Livestock Marketing
Mike leads livestock marketing and margin risk management at Passel Farms. With over 25 years of experience in various industry roles, Mike uses his broad and extensive experience in pork production, procurement and sales, risk management, finance, and general agricultural operations to manage risk and processing relationships in a dynamic marketplace.

Vice President of Business Management
Chris oversees business management services at Passel Farms and leads our operations support teams focused on safety, logistics, information technology, records management, and environmental compliance. With extensive experience in production, operations, finance, and strategic planning, Chris is a natural liaison between our operating and services teams to improve communication, drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Vice President of Feed & Nutrition
Bart leads feed and nutrition at Passel Farms, bringing extensive experience in swine nutrition, feed manufacturing, and production systems. Bart is committed to delivering consistent, high-quality feed that supports animal health and production performance. He believes in science-based practices, attention to detail, and building strong teams. Bart's leadership ensures that Passel Farms' feed operations meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and animal welfare.
